We have a 30 day return & exchange policy from time of receipt. To be eligible, your item/s must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused with tags (where applicable) and in all original packaging.

We offer standard, express courier & local pickup options at checkout with Free Shipping available on orders over $100.

There are no lock in contracts with our subscriptions. Subscriptions are able to be purchased on a month-to-month basis with 3, 6 & 12 monthly options also available at discounted prices.

All subscription orders are shipped on the first working day of each month using our express courier shipping service.
